Our favorite walk to the beach

Hopefully I get the narrative correct with the pictures - the blog site has a bunch of numbers and letters where the pictures should be - Ths pictures will be there when I post the blog, they just may have a narrative for another pic. Well anyway we wanted to share our walk to the beach with everyone. First stop is our dream spot to live - a nice home with a small avacado and citrus orchard, the fence around it even looks to have some grape vines growing on them. However the price would probably be $5 million or more, nice but not that nice.
This is Dale's ideal - a rosemary hedge! And it is blooming now, in Ohio we try over and over to keep rosemary as a house plant, until we could put them outside in the spring again, but we have never succeed. Since we've been leaving for the winter we generally give our plants away and start over out here.
There are even geranium hedges out here. With the rain and now some warm weather every thing is in bloom. The outside smells like a florist shop when we go for a walk.
This is just a bloom. Dale's been taking close up pictures of different flowers. Some are pretty, but some are stunning. Last year we wanted to make post on note cards for the church craft bazaar. I'm sorry to say it did not happen, I was making a quilt for Heidi Leininger's wedding, maybe this year.
This is an orange tree it has blossoms, developing fruit and mature fruit all on the same tree - the blossoms smell wonderful and we have been watching a huge orange develop all winter. Instead of just stopping to smell the roses we smell the orange blossoms, the jasmine, the roses and any other nice smelling flower we can find.
And of course a sunset. We almost missed this one because we were looking for dolphins, and there was a cloud bank to make the sunset a few min earlier. Its always a good day when you see the dolphins and a sunset. So peaceful almost feels like the whole world is at peace.
